Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DSPV Media's services, including our SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
DSPV Media provides professional real estate photography services, including but not limited to:
- Interior and exterior property photography
- Aerial/drone photography
- Virtual tours and video
- Photo editing and delivery
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: DSPV Media Booking Notifications
1. Program Description: When you opt in to receive SMS messages from DSPV Media, you will receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and delivery notifications related to your real estate photography services.
2. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@dspvmedia.com or (714) 376-7667.
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 messages per booking. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

User Consent for SMS
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from DSPV Media at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP.
Booking and Cancellation
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system, phone, or email. Cancellation policies:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: No charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: Subject to cancellation fee
- No-shows: Full service fee may apply
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered photographs for marketing and promotional purposes related to the photographed property. DSPV Media retains copyright ownership of all images.
Limitation of Liability
DSPV Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DSPV Media from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
